Shipping Policy

We only ship domestically in the United States at this time. Most orders will ship complimentary. 

Orders will ship directly from the brand so you may receive multiple tracking numbers and shipments. 

We are not responsible for packages stolen once the item is marked delivered by the carrier and we kindly ask that you ship to a safe address. However please reach out as we want to do our best to assist you and work with the carrier in the event that this occurs. Customers in large cities should be aware of the theft and crime rate that is increasing in their area.

 

Returns Policy

We want you to absolutely love your purchase and we understand that sometimes a product is not what you expected. We offer returns on most items in our shop excluding consumables (such as beauty products, olive oil, etc) and Gathre brand products. In order to return, items must be unused with all tags and returned in saleable condition. Customers are responsible for the return shipping and there is  20% restocking fee.  We are a small business at this time and hope you understand.

Damage Policy

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us with images of both the product damage and the box it arrived in. This will allow us to assist you quickly and more efficiently. :)

 

Promo Codes & Sales

Since Maison Anja is a small and growing business, we do not offer sales nor do we extend price adjustments at this time. Our sincerest apologies but we appreciate your understanding!
